This is a revised notice. Earlier 21 villages were notified, but 3 villages under Sl. No. 19, 20 & 21 have been withdrawn as they now fall under Bokakhat Sub-Division, Golaghat district. So only 18 vacant posts are open for online application through Assam Govt’s official recruitment portal Niyukti.

Eligibility Criteria – Who Can Apply?
- Nationality & Domicile: Must be a citizen of India. Must be a permanent resident of the concerned revenue village for which you are applying.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum HSLC/Class 10 pass from SEBA/CBSE/ICSE or any Govt recognized Board. Both pass certificate + marksheet needed. Higher qualification is welcome but minimum is HSLC only.
- Land Ownership: Applicant must possess land or other immovable property in his/her own name within the limits of the concerned village. You must upload latest Land Revenue Receipt/Jamabandi + Land Holding Certificate during application. Without land proof, candidature will be rejected.
- Family Norms: Candidate should not have more than two living children from single or multiple partners, as per Assam Govt rules for govt appointments.
- Character & Fitness: Must have good moral character and reputation. Should be capable of assisting Govt in implementation of schemes. Must be physically and mentally fit. Candidates convicted for any offence involving moral turpitude are not eligible.
Salary Details:
| Monthly Remuneration: Selected candidates get ₹14,000 fixed per month. This is honorarium fixed by Assam Govt and may be revised from time to time. This is not a regular pay-band post but a permanent govt engagement with pension benefits as per rules |
