Educational Qualification and Experience
Executive (ERP)
Candidates must hold a full-time BE/BTech/BSc Engineering degree in any discipline and possess mandatory certification in SAP HCM or SAP Success Factors Employee Central. Additionally, they should have a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in SAP ERP HCM implementation, support, or rollout.
Executive (HR) – Corporate Communication
Applicants must be graduates with a full-time two-year PG Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication or Journalism. Candidates should have at least 7 years of relevant experience in public relations, corporate communication, media planning, branding and content creation.
Executive (Civil)
Candidates must have a full-time degree in Civil Engineering. For one specific post category, a Civil Engineering diploma is also acceptable. Required experience varies from 1 to 7 years, depending on the position. Preferred experience includes hydropower projects, PSP, survey and investigation works, DPR preparation, SAP S/4 HANA, and technical documentation.
Executive (Security)
Candidates must be graduates with at least 9 years’ experience in Armed Forces, Central/State Police Organizations. Applicants should have served at the rank of Captain, Major, Lieutenant Colonel, DSP, SP or equivalent.
Executive (Law)
Applicants must hold a full-time LLB degree. They need either 6 years’ court practice/judicial service/CPSU legal experience or 9 years’ experience in the next below grade in CPSU, Government of India or State Government.
Executive (Safety)
Candidates must have an Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Production with a full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety, or an Engineering Degree in Industrial Safety/Fire & Safety. At least 4 years’ safety compliance experience is required.
Executive (Finance)
Candidates must be graduates with CA/CMA or MBA/Equivalent with Finance specialization of at least two years. The higher salary Finance post requires 4 years’ relevant experience, while the ₹90,000 post does not mention mandatory experience.
Executive (Medical)
Applicants must have MBBS, preferably with a PG Degree/Diploma in Medical Science, and must be registered with the Indian Medical Council. One year of experience in a reputed hospital or large industry after internship is preferred.
Executive (HR) – CSR
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Community Organisation and Development Practice. Preferred qualifications include one year of CSR/social welfare experience and experience in an ERP environment.
Age Criteria
The upper age limit varies from 30 years to 37 years, calculated as on 01 January 2026.
ST/SC relaxation – 5 Years
OBC -NCL Relaxation- 3 Years.
PwBD relaxation- 10 Years.
