The Assam Agroforestry Development Board (AADB), with recruitment support from the Flood and River Erosion Management Agency of Assam (FREMAA), has invited applications from eligible Indian citizens for contractual positions under the Climate Resilient Brahmaputra Integrated Flood and Riverbank Erosion Risk Management Project (CRBIFRERMP). AADB Recruitment 2026 Eligibility
1. IT Assistant
Candidates should have a B.Tech or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Geoinformatics or a relevant allied discipline from a recognized university/institution. Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required.
2. Accounts Assistant
Candidates must have a Graduate Degree in Commerce/Finance with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. Knowledge of Tally ERP 9.0 and proficiency in Tally, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint are required.
3. Field Assistant
Candidates must have a Graduate Degree in any discipline with 55% marks from a recognised institution/university. Candidates should also have proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, fluency in English, Hindi and Assamese, and good report-writing and communication skills.
Salary Details
- IT Assistant: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
- Accounts Assistant: ₹35,000 per month
- Field Assistant: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
The remuneration is inclusive of local taxes and will be fixed as per the terms mentioned in the advertisement. TA/DA will be admissible as per AADB norms for contractual employees.
Duration of Contract
The duration of the assignment is three years, with a probation period of one year. The contract will be reviewed annually and may be renewed depending on performance and work requirements. Selected candidates will also be required to execute a service bond for a minimum of two years of continuous service.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates for all three posts will be made through an Interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated and called for the interview. Candidates called for interview must bring their original certificates/documents along with self-attested copies.
