Reporting, Performance Review & Leave Terms

The Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager (Marketing & Sales – Fresh Segment) will report directly to the General Manager, NEDFL.

The performance of the selected candidate will be evaluated based on the Key Result Areas (KRAs). Annual salary increments and remuneration revisions will be performance-based and governed by the prevailing rules of NEDFL.

Selected candidates will be entitled to paid leave and holidays as per the company’s applicable policies. Additionally, for any authorized official tour within the operational areas, Travel Allowance (TA) and Dearness Allowance (DA) will be provided according to NEDFL norms and policies.
